Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to every use of the Fanduit API, MCP server, and dashboard.

1. Account ownership & authorization

You may connect a Platform account only if you are its owner or have the owner's express, current authorization to operate it by automated means. You must be able to evidence that authorization on request. Connecting or accessing any account without authorization is strictly prohibited and may be a criminal offense.

2. Age & consent attestation

By connecting an account you attest that:

  • the account owner is an adult (18+ or the higher age of majority in their jurisdiction) and is age-verified on the Platform; and
  • all individuals depicted in content accessible through the account are adults who have consented to that content.

3. Absolutely prohibited content & conduct

You must not use the Service to access, process, distribute, or facilitate:

  • CSAM — any child sexual abuse material or content sexualizing minors. We report suspected CSAM to NCMEC and the relevant law-enforcement authorities and law enforcement and terminate immediately.
  • NCII — non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn"), or content obtained or shared without the depicted person's consent.
  • Trafficking, coercion, or exploitation of any person.
  • Impersonation of, or unauthorized access to, another person's account.
  • Harassment, doxxing, stalking, or threats against fans or creators.
  • Fraud, including chargeback fraud, deceptive mass-messaging, or spam that violates anti-spam law.
  • Circumvention of Platform safety, age, or anti-fraud systems beyond the access needed to operate an authorized account.
  • Resale or scraping of other creators' non-public data, or building datasets of individuals without a lawful basis.

4. Operational limits

  • Do not exceed your plan's rate limits or attempt to evade metering.
  • Do not use the Service to launch automated velocity that endangers a connected account (mass actions must be human-paced where the Service provides pacing).
  • Do not share API keys across unrelated organizations.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate access, remove connected accounts, preserve and disclose information where legally required, and report unlawful activity. We may act immediately and without notice where there is risk of harm, especially for CSAM/NCII.
