DarkRhino ("Fanduit") respects intellectual property rights. Fanduit is developer infrastructure and does not host or publish creator content; it may transit or transiently cache content on behalf of authorized account operators. Where Fanduit stores or transmits allegedly infringing material, it responds to valid notices under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent laws.
Send notices to our Designated Copyright Agent:
A valid notice must include: (1) your physical/electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it; (4) your contact details; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Affected customers may submit a counter-notice with the statutory elements. Fanduit terminates the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
On a valid notice, Fanduit will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material it controls, and will notify the affected customer. Report: dmca@fanduit.co.
Fanduit is developer infrastructure and is not a producer of any content within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A. Fanduit does not create, produce, direct, or host creator content. It provides authorized account operators with programmatic access to third-party Platforms, which maintain their own age-verification and records. All records-keeping obligations for content rest with the content producer and the relevant Platform, not with Fanduit. Any concern regarding age or consent of a person depicted in content should be raised with the Platform and, where a crime is suspected, with law enforcement.
